Even though it relies on an entry-level 1.2GHz quad-core MSM8916 CPU 
and an unimpressive 5-inch HD-720p screen , the Oppo A37 ends up as a mid-level smartphone in our book, since it comes with several pros that attempt to offset the aforementioned cons.
It sports a 5-megapixel selfie camera with a 1.4-micron pixel size, a 1/4-inch sensor, and a screen flash function 
, while a respectable 8-megapixel cam (also with 1.4-micron pixels) sits on the opposite end. Additionally, it supports up to 128GB of expansion for its 16GB native memory , while many other mid-range models settle for 32GB or 64GB allotments only.
Topping off its package of pros and cons is a 2.5D-curved Gorilla Glass 4 finish , which for us, adds some flair to its basic screen, though its overall specs profile is still only good-enough for the mid-end smartphone market.
